Meet Chef Rosanne
Rosanne Feild, the Freeway Gourmet, has been cooking for her friends for years, but in 2000, she contacted the American Personal Chef Association and began her adventure as a Personal Chef. Her clients range from busy career couples to large families to new moms.

Through her years of traveling for both work and pleasure, Rosanne has visited every continent in the world except Antarctica. Her travels have allowed her to experience a wide range of foods and learn unique ways of putting together flavors. Rosanne believes in using only fresh ingredients and incorporates healthy eating into her clients’ menus.

"Most of my clients are health conscious, but don’t have the time or expertise to shop or prepare the foods. I come in with menu ideas that include delicious options for them and they still get to eat home cooked healthy food. It’s no stress and it’s good for them, too," says Chef Rosanne.
