How many meals are prepared and how are they packaged? Typically, five entrees are chosen with four servings of each meal. This provides 20 dinner-sized servings, enough for two people for 10 days. Meals can be packaged family style in large containers or in one- or two- serving sizes. The Freeway Gourmet is flexible and will prepare and pack your entrees according to your desires. The Freeway Gourmet provides all the containers. Heating instructions are left with each item so it’s easy to have great tasting meals.
